Мягкий полиуретан, со структурированной поверхностью, толщиной 1,0 мм на тканой основе, для придания большей прочности. Слой 5,0-мм сверхмягкой пены TPE, ламинированный прочным тканевым слоем с использованием латексного клея, делает мяч мягким и повышает его водостойкость. Мяч подходит для игры в условиях повышенной влажности. Камера из резины армирована полиэфирной нитью, что позволяет сохранить сферичность мяча на протяжении всего срока его службы.
Панели мяча сшиты по новой технологии RESIST (Digital Stitching) - полугибридная технология, сочетающая термосклеивания панелей и машинной сшивки на автоматических цифровых машинах. Перед сшивкой на края панелей наносится специальный клей, который активируется при помещении уже сшитого мяча в специальную термо-форму. Эта технология позволяет сделать швы более сглаженными, прочными и влагонепроницаемыми.
