Гироскопический кистевой эспандер GO DO — компактный тренажер для комплексной тренировки кистей, пальцев, запястий и предплечий. Работа устройства основана на принципе гироскопического сопротивления: при увеличении скорости вращения внутреннего ротора возрастает сопротивление, благодаря чему интенсивность нагрузки регулируется непосредственно темпом вращения.

Модель GO DO оснащена инерционным механизмом автозапуска, поэтому для начала тренировки не требуется шнур или специальный ключ. Достаточно сделать несколько вращательных движений ротора большими пальцами по направлению стрелки, после чего продолжить вращение кистью.
